An American website but it has lots of ideas to help learn the sounds of the alphabet.

BBC - The Little Animals Activity Centre
Games to support number work, spelling and reading.

BBC - The Magic Key
Games to help develop the understanding of writing sentences.

BBC - Words and Pictures
Games to help develop spelling skill. Look especially at CVC words (three letter words) and consonant clusters (i.e. sh, ch and th).

Create Sentences
A little scary looking as it has lots of sight words but you can click and drag them out and just keep in a few words that your child can use to make up their own sentences to read.

Starfall
Games to help develop reading and spelling.

ICT Games
Games to help develop number skills, reading and spelling. Click on the game to start it.

Drag and Drop Game
American website that has a good click and drag game to help read three letter words.

Infant Activities
A game to help think of the first letter of a word. Guess the sound first and then click on the picture to turn it over and check if you were right.

Wordshark and Numbershark
Helps with Spelling and Numeracy. You need to purchase the software before you can use it at home.
